Prepare For classes
We offer a wide range of high quality yoga classes, workshops, series & events.
What to Wear
Yoga practice will include a variation of poses in different axises. It is best to wear clothes that will move with you. We also practice barefoot.
What to Bring
Your mat (highly suggested as the studio has limited mats), and payment for class. Please note that Yoga House has mats, blocks and straps for use at no additional costs.
When to Arrive
First time: arrive 10-15 minutes early; Regular yogi 5-10 minutes early so classes may start on time.
Whether you pay as you go or have an account with us, please check in upon arrival.
New Student Waiver
If this is your first class, you will be asked to sign a waiver. You may also e-sign if you SIGN UP for an account here.
When the housekeeping is complete, please remove your shoes and stow away your personal items in the cubbies provided.
Meet Your Instructor
Your instructor will greet you and welcome you into the studio. Please feel free to set up your mat and settle in. Free mats and props are available at the back, blue wall. A board will showcase your instructors name, and suggested props for class.
Pre-Book Next Session
It is not mandatory, but highly recommended to pre-book your class. This is helpful for instructors to plan, as well as saves your space in class as class sizes are limited. You may pre-book on your online account or with the instructor after class.
