About the Class
Certified Prenatal Yoga Instructor, Erin Porteous is leading this 3-hour workshop for yoga instructors to help guide them in accommodating pregnant and post natal women into their classes, and for mommas-to-be to discover how to move safely during practice. This workshop is designed to ease tensions common in pregnancy yoga with theory, modifications, technique and practice to help instructors prepare mommas physically, mentally and emotionally.

As instructors and yogi mommas, we know there are many benefits to prenatal yoga. However, if we’ve not done it ourselves, it’s been awhile, or we’re not trained it in, it can be intimidating. This workshop is designed to help instructors guide pre and post natal women through a safe practice.
