It has been such a great first year for Yoga House and first, we want to thank you for being a part of our community. With our growth, we have a few notices in regards to our class packs purchased before November 1st, 2018.
Due to charges imposed by our software provider, we needed to update our policies. For every active member – those with unused class packs – we are charged for hosting that account. Therefore, class packs purchased before November 1st will expire February 28th, 2019.
The other aspect of expiring older class packs, is that we would love to see our members come back and gain the benefits of yoga – that’s why we’re here!
Class Pack Recap
If you’ve purchased a class pack on November 1st, 2018 or after, those classes will expire 90 days from the date of purchase.
If you’ve purchased a class pack before November 1st, 2018, those class packs will expire on February 28th, 2019.
