We have added a Foundational Yoga class to the schedule! This class is taught by Brittany and takes place every Monday at 4:15 PM! This class is recommended for beginners that would like to build a strong foundation for their practice as well as those who want to refine their understanding of asana. This class is sequenced to build strength, flexibility and improve body awareness. Postures are introduced with attention to alignment and are taught in a way that students can understand, embody, and bring with them to any class as they deepen their practice.
