Make Your Own Yoga Mat Wash Yoga House is vigilant about keeping the studio space and props clean, especially during flu season! One of the best ways to prevent infection is by washing the yoga mats after every use.  If you have your own mat, you’re welcome to use the studio cleaning supplies but may want something for home and travel as well.
