New Pricing Effective Feb 1, 2024

Dear Yoga House Community, We've all been affected by inflation and rising costs over the past couple of years and it's our hope we all start to feel some relief in the near future. Our rent, insurance and energy costs have all increased and we are being forced  to adjust our pricing.  After much thought and consideration we are taking the most frugal approach possible with a $1 per class increase as it is our mission to maintain affordable pricing at Yoga House. Starting Feb 1, 2024 our new pricing options will be in place

Foundational Yoga on Mondays at 4:15pm with Brittany

We have added a Foundational Yoga class to the schedule! This class is taught by Brittany and takes place every Monday at 4:15 PM! This class is recommended for beginners that would like to build a strong foundation for their practice as well as those who want to refine their understanding of asana. This class is sequenced to build strength, flexibility and improve body awareness. Postures are introduced with attention to alignment and are taught in a way that students can understand, embody, and bring with them to any class as they deepen their practice.

Ayurveda for Women

Exciting news!! Rebecca Ryan, RYT500 + Ayurvedic Wellness Consultant, will be hosting a 4-hour Ayurveda for Women workshop at Yoga House on Saturday, October 21st at 1pm! Join us to dive deep into the rhythms of your cycle through the lens of Ayurveda. This workshop is for you if you’ve been curious about how to live more in-tune with nature, integrate Ayurveda into your life as a woman, or heal your menstrual cycle problems.

New Moon Gratitude Practice

The New Moon Gratitude Practice is a unique and enriching experience with a combination of guided rituals, breathwork, yoga, and meditation. Details of the event: Teacher:  Jeannie Mueller & Laura Lundblad Date: Friday, July 14th Time: 5:30-6:30 pm Location: Yoga House Rx, 207 E Main Street, Montrose, Colorado Participants will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in honoring the new moon, setting intentions, and expressing gratitude. Such gatherings can provide a supportive and peaceful environment for personal growth and reflection.

Schedule Updates

There is an ebb and flow in all our lives and the same goes for classes and instructors. Jeanne and Kate will no longer be teaching their regular classes for the time being. Jeanne’s last Heated Restorative class will be Monday July 10th and Kate’s last Hot Power 90 will be July 14th. Jeanne and Kate will still both be teaching rotating instructor classes on Saturdays and substitute teaching classes until their work schedules stabilize. Exciting news!! Sara will be offering a Fundamentals of Yoga Series starting July 6th!
