SETTING 2019’s INTENTION
Got YOGA goals? Yoga House loves goal setting and creating intentions for our practice and in life. As we begin this New Year together, we invite you to make a yoga-goal for 2019! Those who achieve their goal will be entered to win a FREE Unlimited Month’s Pass at Yoga House!
Stop by the studio before January 5th, fill out a Resolution Card, drop in the Resolution box and it’s as simple as that! Those entered into the challenge will be eligible to win:
- A Free Months Pass in January 2019 (what a way to celebrate the New Year than one month unlimited yoga for free!)
- A Free Yoga House t-shirt
There is no obligation to participate in the challenge, and each person’s resolution is confidential. Instructors will be the only ones to review the cards so we may guide you by designing classes, following up, and/or taking progress photos of your journey.
Setting an intention is simple yet incredibly powerful. Intentions help focus the mind, calm the body, link mind and body, and guide you through an empowered yogapractice. The purpose of this exercise is to be mindful as we transition into the the New Year. Making a commitment encourages accountability. Following through creates a sense of accomplishment and confidence. Making it a part of your lifestyle creates a continuing positive influence on your mind, body and community.
