Looking for a new extra curricular for your little one? One of mindfulness and learning about Meditation or centering the mind. Look no farther, bring the littles to Yoga House for mindful kids hour, where they can enjoy an hour of yoga and mindfulness Monday and Wednesday after school @ 3:15. Open to all ages. We will learn the yoga basics of postures, movement and stillness, learning all about the importance of breath and being playful while finding moments of centering and stillness. During this class we will explore different ways of calming and centering their busy little “big” minds. Drop off available for kids that are potty trained and up. We welcome all ages for this class. This class is perfect for kids after school or a great extra curricular / P.E. activity for homeschool kids.
