There is an ebb and flow in all our lives and the same goes for classes and instructors.
Jeanne and Kate will no longer be teaching their regular classes for the time being. Jeanne’s last Heated Restorative class will be Monday July 10th and Kate’s last Hot Power 90 will be July 14th.
Jeanne and Kate will still both be teaching rotating instructor classes on Saturdays and substitute teaching classes until their work schedules stabilize. Laura will be teaching new Slow Flow and Yin classes on Mondays beginning July 10th. Breathwork classes with Crystal will resume mid-July and we will be welcoming and introducing a new instructor in the coming days.
