1-Hour Cannabis Informational
Topic: Cannabis History & Its Interaction With The Human Body
A one-hour educational series each month where you will learn the history of our powerful plant ally, cannabis sativa, and how to work with her medicinally & spiritually.
This first series will start at the beginning of the cannabis plant & the endocannabinoid system, which dates back 55 million years ago. We will work our way through time up to present day covering both the medicinal & spiritual uses of cannabis across the globe. In addition to its effects on the human body; covering everything from the plant’s interaction with the nervous system to the digestive system & more!
2-Hour Ganja Yoga
30 Minute Stoner Social
The initial 30 minutes you will learn about how yoga and cannabis have been intertwined since the Divine (Brahma in Sanskrit) created the universe we live in today. While the story is told, we will elevate ourselves using your preferred method of consuming cannabis. Additionally, you may choose to enjoy an ancient ganja milkshake (recipe provided upon registration) during this time.
90 Minute Relaxation Based Yoga Class
This is followed by a 90-minute relaxation-based yoga class where we will explore the body & mind in an elevated state. All asanas (postures) will be seated or laying down with variations offered throughout truly making this class accessible to all bodies and levels of fitness.
