There is an ebb and flow in all our lives and the same goes for classes and instructors. Jeanne and Kate will no longer be teaching their regular classes for the time being. Jeanne’s last Heated Restorative class will be Monday July 10th and Kate’s last Hot Power 90 will be July 14th. Jeanne and Kate will still both be teaching rotating instructor classes on Saturdays and substitute teaching classes until their work schedules stabilize. Whether you are new to yoga, coming back after a hiatus or injury, or simply want to brush up on some of the nuances of asana practice, the Fundamentals of Yoga series will support increased confidence and joy in coming to your mat.
