Private classes are great for beginners to discover basic poses, asanas, sequences, terms, and breath; as well as great for the advanced practitioners to satisfy further development in practice – be it inversions, advanced balance poses, pranayama, and more.
What is Offered for Private Yoga Classes?
Private yoga sessions are one-on-one classes with a certified yoga instructor. Classes are tailored to the individual on their goals. Types of private yoga classes include:
- Yoga Basics
- Yoga Trapeze Discovery (for first time practitioners)
INTERMEDIATE / ADVANCED
- Yoga Trapeze Flow (for those who are ready to flow)
- Yoga Cardio Conditioning
- Yoga Strength Training
- Yoga Inversion / Balance Training
Water, hot tea, mats and props are provided at no additional costs, however you are welcome to bring your own. It is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes prior your session to settle in and prepare for class.
There are no specific restrictions as classes are tailored to the individual. However, when you receive your confirmation email after booking a session, you will be asked to provide what type of class you are interested in, along with a list of any known injuries, health conditions or if you are taking any medication (over-the-counter or prescribed).
A one-time private session rate is $75. Yoga House does offer a Private 3-Class Pack for $195 ($30 discount).
